异国风情——荷兰
“荷兰”在日耳曼语中叫尼德兰，意为“低地之国”，因其国土有一半以上低于或几乎水平于海平面而得名，部分地区甚至是由围海造地形成的。
"Holland" in de Germaanse taal wordt genoemd het "lage land", omdat meer dan de helft van zijn grondgebied onder of bijna horiz ontaal niveau in de naam van het overzees is, en sommige gebieden worden zelfs gevormd door de omringende overzees.
